Meet Bernard Abi Zeid : The Founder

Bernard Abi Zeid is the visionary founder of Harbor and Heights Real Estate Brokerage, a company rooted in integrity, trust, and results.

He graduated in 2010 with a degree in marketing and management, beginning his career in the creative field. In 2012, he seized an opportunity at MetLife, where he spent the next 11 years rising through the ranks. Bernard became one of the company's top producers, attending global conventions and earning recognition for his outstanding performance.

Simultaneously, he began exploring the real estate world, balancing both fields with passion. However, when the Lebanese crisis hit in 2019, Bernard—like many—faced a harsh reality. Everything he had built was at risk. Faced with two options—rebuild from scratch within MetLife or start over entirely—he chose the latter, driven by his enduring passion for real estate.

He joined Damac Properties, one of the region’s most respected developers, where he gained expansive industry knowledge. From there, he moved across several agencies, learning the intricacies of the market and strengthening his expertise.

With an entrepreneurial mindset, years of experience, and a deep understanding of both investment and property dynamics, Bernard founded Harbor and Heights. His mission is simple: To offer a credible, trustworthy, and professional environment where investors feel safe, informed, and supported in every decision.

His story is one of resilience, reinvention, and relentless dedication to excellence in real estate.
